Our clients are Darnell Thomas Jr. and Destiny Drayton. The policy number is Hugo-476**** DOA: 4/14/2026. I tried calling (515) 303-****, but there's no option to talk to a representative.
We would like to know if a claim has been open, if so, what the claim number is and the adjuster's contact information so that we can send our letter of rep?

I have made several attempts to contact Hugo regarding my change of information and access to my account. I found Pissed and was contacted regarding Hugo, but nothing has been done.
I was told that I would be helped, but instead, I was provided with another login, which is not helping me with Hugo. I'm not sure what else to do; it's been 4 days, and I am still not able to reach a human to help me.
Preferred solution: access to my account so I can pay my insurance and a support person who can help

I never got to talk to anyone about my problem. I locked my phone and keys in the car and couldn't get anyone to talk with all I got was voicemail

Can't add on extra days because the app blocks you. Can't talk to anyone there's no customer service person on line for a live complaint I think this insurance company changed the policy to scam the customers out of more money by blocking customers from adding more days after their just learning how to use the app i tried adding another day and was blocked again so my rate wouldn't go up but that's how this company gets you so they can charge you at a higher rate, I think President Trump needs to know about this company and how they operate.

- There is an existing Hugo account with weekly $40 payments.
- I am locked out; Hugo shows an account, blocking renewal or cancellation.
I had an account already with hugo. Every Friday I was paying 40 $ to keep the policy active.
I got locked out of my phone and I'm not able to get back in into the phone so I couldn't pay the insurance on time .
I bought a new phone a couple days after the car insurance was due and tried to log into my account off my new phone but it's saying that I already have an existing account with hugo . I've tried using several different numbers and it's still not letting me renew or even cancel my old policy

The problem is I cant remove my info from my phone and you are still charging my debit card . April16 2025 you charged my account $8.67 and on April 16, 2025 you charged me $$16.36 and on April 23,2025 you charged me $26.01 .
I want my debit card removed immediately and my money returned to my account ASAP. Thanks Terry Ackerman.

My car was in the shop I called in a Hugo to let them know that my car was in the shop I got my car out last night so I spit over $2,000 got my insurance for my car and I get pulled over yesterday's and the police stated that my insurance my tag was suspended so I went to the tag office and so that tag office said if I can speak with one of the representative that work for Hugo that y'all will make some kind of arrangements or move a date back so that I wouldn't have to pay all this money for my tag so can someone please give me a call back at 706 425****
